We offer FREE size exchanges on REGULAR priced merchandise. However, we do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. SEASONAL, SALE, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. (NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)

If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order. Clearly print the item you would like in exchange. Only items that are in perfect condition, unworn, in their original package with tags attached will be accepted.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
