We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days, depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery. For an additional charge, we offer an expedited delivery option for delivery within 2 - 4 business days.

Orders are shipped via UPS. No order will be delivered to a PO Box. For your protection, items shipped to most US destinations directly from PinUp Pets, Inc are shipped via UPS with a signature required upon delivery. If someone will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand that PinUp Pets, Inc. cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature. PUP is a US retail businesse operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore does not ship or bill to international addresses. PUP delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
